• A single day’s Driver CPC course must last 7 hours to count toward the mandatory 35 hours.

Your training hours are uploaded to the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) training record within 1 working day after completion.

Driver CPC is a legal requirement for professional (HGV/PCV) drivers.

National Driver CPC

• For drivers working only in the UK.

• Still requires 35 hours every 5 years.

• Can include 3.5-hour modules and up to 12 hours of e-learning.

International Driver CPC

• No change to previous requirements: 35 hours every 5 years, in 7-hour blocks.
